Introducing the 100-240V 40A Digital PID Temperature Controller SSR K Thermocouple Sensor, well-known for its state-of-the-art accuracy and sophistication.
It boasts a measuring precision of ±0.5%FS and a cold-end compensation tolerance of ±2℃ (adjustable from 0~50℃ using software). The device has an impressive resolution of 14-bit alongside a quick sampling cycle which operates every half-second.
Powered by AC (alternating current) at values ranging from 100-240V in both 50 and 60HZ frequencies, our device excels in performance efficiency. Various features such as Process Value (PV), Setting Value (SV), Output and Self-tuning are incorporated with LED indicators for user convenience.
This temperature controller utilizes PIN control effortlessly; accommodating ON/OFF, step-type PID, continuous PID functionalities while incorporating self-tuning controls to fine-tune your operations automatically.
The proportional band(P) caters to the full range(0~full range; facilitating ON/OFF control when P=0). It can detect temperatures ranging from zero to a staggering value of up to 999℃.
Insulation resistance is exceptional, offering >50M ohm resistance at DC (Direct Current) of value -500V DC. The insulation resistance also withstands AC at values reaching up until -1500V/min guaranteeing safety during application.
Packaged with the product are: one PID Temperature Controller, one K Type Probe Sensor and one Max.40A SSR. Please note that the heat sink must be purchased separately if needed.
